1. What personal information do we collect from you?

2.1. Your personal information may be processed both in and outside the UK. When you submit your details in whichever country you are situated you agree to the information being processed in the UK.

3. How do we use your personal information?
3.1. Spoken processes personal information for the following purposes:

5. Are there any age restrictions on supplying personal information to us?
5.1 If you are aged  or under, please get your parent/guardian's permission beforehand whenever you provide personal information to the Website. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with personal information. If we become aware that you are under  and are attempting to or have submitted personal information via the Websites without your parent/guardian's permission, we will not accept such information and we will take steps to remove such information from our records. This may involve us having to access and verify your age and other relevant details.
6. How long will we keep your personal information?
6.1 We will hold your personal information on our systems only for as long as is necessary.
7. Changing your mind about receiving marketing messages
7.1 We give you choices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. When you register on our site or respond to one of our communications, we will ask you to make choices about receiving further notifications or email newsletters from us.
If you choose to join our email newsletter, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to MailChimp who provide us with email marketing services. We consider MailChimp to be a third party data processor. The email address that you submit will not be stored within this website’s own database or in any of our internal computer systems.
Your email address will remain within MailChimp’s database for as long as we continue to use MailChimp’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any eMarketing that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to our mailing list.
8.1. "Cookies" are pieces of information that a website transfers to your hard drive to store and sometimes track information about you. 11.1. You are entitled to see the information we hold about you. If you wish to access the personal information held by us, you should contact us in writing using the information provided below.
11.2. If we are legally able, we will provide you with copies of all the personal information we hold about you.. We are also obliged to request that you provide us with identification so that we can be certain that you are entitled to receive the requested data.
